City Council Approved The Reserve at Rancho Belago Phase II (Moreno Valley)
The Reserve at Rancho Belago Phase II, a 417 unit market rate apartment development in Moreno Valley, was recently unanimously approved by the City Council. This is the culmination of over 2 years of community meetings, site plan modifications and ‘big picture plans’ by the developer, Bridge Investment Group, to renovate and repurpose the Moreno Valley Ranch Golf Course and Clubhouse. GMP is fortunate to be part of the creative design team that is developing much needed housing, and will reactivate the long dormant golf course and clubhouse. Apartment site amenities will include a large recreation area with community pool, bbq pavilion and cabana spaces. Enlarged private patios will open to common area greenbelts with pathways that connect the residents to all areas of the site and the many active and passive spaces that include bocce ball courts, semi private gathering areas, bbq stations, a soccer area, and a large off leash dog area. Construction is slated to commence in late 2018.
