Persea by Orion Pacific was recently approved by the Vista Planning Commission and will move forward with plan submittals and approvals. GMP has had the pleasure of being involved with Persea since its inception and, in collaboration with the client and entire design team, has developed common area spaces and elements that complement the lifestyle of the upward bound/young achiever demographic that will call Persea home. The contemporary design of the buildings is accented by active recreation spaces that incorporate elements such as a 25yd lap pool, large spa, active use turf areas, and outdoor kitchen/dining spaces that offer seamless integration with the interior elements of the Clubhouse. Additionally, there are multiple ‘gathering nodes’ that offer residents a chance to interact with their neighbors or simply enjoy some privacy to unwind and relax.
