Broadstone North Park is a 118-unit apartment building project on 1.21 acres. Apartment amenities include 1) a large plaza area at the intersection of Howard Ave and Texas Street, 2) a main rec area at the 2nd level with pool, spa, firepit, outdoor kitchen area with bar counter seating and BBQ grills, cabanas for shade, and a lawn game area with cornhole boards, and 3)a 5th floor roof deck lounge with firepit, BBQ with bar counter seating, and overhead shade trellis with retractable canvas panels. GMP’s involvement in the design process include concept design, construction drawings, and construction administration.
